Giving back has been a part of VMLY&R’s DNA since day one. We believe in supporting the communities that have provided us with our success. And our employees are passionate givers. They donate their money, time and talent to support the communities where we live and work.

The culmination of our collective outreach efforts happens one day a year — VMLY&R Foundation Day. Instead of doing business as usual, we volunteer our time to help local organizations and charities. It started with just one office in one country. Now, our efforts are worldwide. As VMLY&R grows, Foundation Day grows. All 80+ offices around the globe participate on the same day.

Foundation Day is driven by VMLY&Rers supporting the causes near and dear to their hearts. VMLY&Rers select the organizations we support — as an extension of their personal charitable passions. Much like VMLY&R as a whole — Foundation Day is driven by what unites us. Caring for our communities. Doing good work. Giving back. And supporting those who need it most.
